Insurance rebates Covid

Had some back from other insurer - asked NFU re wagon that's not moved since March and nothing.

Anyone had any luck with them?

Its commercial so they won't I suspect. All the refunds have been for domestic vehicles such as cars, 4x4s etc. A friend of mine runs a restaurant, she's been closed since the lockdown, she asked her insurers to reduce the public and employers liability premium as there's no public or employees on the premises now, so virtually no risk whatsoever, no dice
