How well has war gone for Russia? Not very well I'd say. If Russia had rolled through Ukraine in two days like they thought they would then I'd say we would have a lot more to worry about. It's more a case of the military looking for increased funding so they rack up the fear factor. All NATO countries should commit two percent of their GDP to defence few do. The UK does though.

It may come a lot sooner than 20 years with what’s happening in the Middle East
The Iran Pakistan tensions may escalate.
Iran and Pakistan has come about because Pakistan has allowed America to use its bases to bomb Irani forces with.

All this has come about because 28000 unarmed civilians have been killed by Israel, the majority are children. Iran, China, Russia, and the Arab world are not happy with Israel and Americas actions.

If Russia is looking to expand and to regain some of what was the USSR they are unlikely to use any nuclear weapons as what they gain is not going to benefit them for years due to the contamination let alone the fall out that would land on there own country .
Not so sure that North Korea , Iran etc would use any such logic

NATO preparing Europe for when Trump pulls the plug on spending. Can’t say he didn’t warn us.

Europe is in a hopelessly weak position. No raw materials or energy to make much. Russia doesn’t need to go to war.
