No problem at all. You've had good coverage there. The photo showed the droplet residues.

I use Guardian Air AI nozzles so I might see how mine compares. For protectants like CTL the coverage needs to be good.

Not active rust for sure but could be a number of other causes
Most likely previous rust that has been fought off
Common here a month ago caused by yellow rust
But non showing in the last 2 weeks

We tend to have plenty of spray capacity so I prefer to be fussy about conditions and use the flat fans rather than use air induction, however I appreciate this isn't reality for most.
We had a crappy old sprayranger with hopeless speed and rate control so plenty of water always helped, it became a habit I haven't kicked.
