Is this machine 2.5k hours or 12.5k hours?

Not the tidiest but I’d guess low hours.

Continental tyres of that type not the best wearing, and they are of the era. So far as I remember they left the agri market around 2004/5 before returning a few years ago.

If you think the hours are correct the person sitting on the seat must have been plucking the seat all the time. Clock stoped or something else.

I did think it’s possible that there a original set due to the cracking

They go through auctions all the time with next to no hours. Ex environment agency so not noted for actually doing any work.
How many hours winching do you think it’s done in its life? It’s not been used for anything else
The seat will have taken a hammering from people climbing on and off all the time. Certainly not been trundling up and down a field all day long
