Jansen AGF verge mower

Hi all ,had anyone any experience with a Jansen mulcher ,was looking at the 2.4 metre version or what type would you recommend

Bargain basement stuff.
In my opinion but a used Kuhn/maschio/muthing/krm/etc for the same money. You'll get twice the machine

Thanks for that was thinking they were low priced but when you compare weight to other brands there as heavy so would they not have good stuff in them

I drove a front flail jacobsen mower on the council about 1992 . It had a kubota engine and did a good job on the verges as it only dumped a bit of grass in front of its self onto drives and pavements instead of a rotary that fired it everywhere even putting a pop can through a house window.
The only bother i had with it was when it was new when a wrong hydro motor had been put on the flail and it only spun slow and blew the seals. The only other gripe was a seat sensor that did not like the rain and would stop it.The steering rod between the rear axle was a bit soft and knocking a rear wheel on a lampost soon bent it :banghead:
But otherwise a fair tool

Think Jacobsen and Jansen are slightly different things!
