So my 530/70 was working perfectly !, I scooped up a bucket of rubble and when I went to tip it the tip has gone slow. I crowded it back and went to tip again and it was almost none existent, crowded it back again and it wouldn’t tip at all !.
So I Switched it off left it for half an hour and once restarted it tipped and crowded perfectly, till I raised the boom a foot and the tip went slow again till it got so it wouldn’t work at all again !.
No oil leaks anywhere that I can see either.
Anyone any ideas ?.

Little bit more info !
Once the tip has stopped working and the carriage is in the mid position, if you lift the boom up n down several times the carriage will end up fully crowded back on its own.

Its probably the tilt ram lock out valve, BUT i have had a JCB before which had a tee on the main lift ram in to the self leveling ram with a one way valve, this was to allow some of the lifting force to be taken on the self level rams i think, anyway the ball in the one way valve fell out and it messed up the self leveling as oil was going the wrong way.
