Does anyone know if it's possible to convert an older JCB 535 95 (an early 2000s model) from twin lever to a single joystick control? If so, how complicated and expensive would it be? Thanks

Not a single chance.

Aside from the spook block, the hyd pump, wiring and controllers are all different .

It would be a pain in the back side tbh, if its still configured as a contstruction lever control then it is dead easy to just swap the tilt and extension linkage at the spool block end so you have lift and tilt on the one lever and extension on the other like a normal agri machine which will massively improve the operation.
