Jd 6930 codes and thinks it’s overheating but it’s not

Hi all…anybody had 1180 and 1180.16 codes for overheating on 2009 6930.tractor has been long time egr deleted and remapped in previous life
When on a hill pulling hard you get an error message and says it overheating but it doesn’t,release accelerator even a little or reach hill top and it goes off instantly and if you push the cancel button all returns to normal but they are logged in the command centre -see photo ..tractor certainly not getting hot whatsoever but wondered which sensors put this code up really?
Been doing it a long time but would be nice to cure it !radiators immaculately kept clean, coolant full although it always puts itself near the lower level in the header tank if you fill it to the max mark it chucks it back out till it’s near the lower mark .
Did try to lock the viscous fan and that made no difference

I’ve never known one to chuck water out unless it’s got hot…have had more than one header tank crack though and leak…sure it’s not got a leak letting the extra go. Easy fix.

Seen the same,it was the head gasket, kept losing coolant then trips the code.

Temp gauge never even gets to halfway between hot and cold and it’s not bubbling coolant or anything like that -I can’t see a level sensor on the header tank so would it know if the level was low -and having said that , the level isn’t low, it’s just at the low line …presume coolant must go out the overflow as never any lauu in d around or any signs of any which surely if tank leaked there would be staining etc around there…its clean as a whistle and parks always on clean concrete so can see any leaks instantly
Had it sux or eight years ansd it has always put the coolant to the same level
Has done some hard graft and never gotten warm in any way ,all coolers are clean even the auto power cooler under the gearbox !a right handy thing that is above the propshaft!

Right, stop stop stop. Which side of the header tank drops low when the coolant disappears please???

Let's do some proper diagnosis rather than guessing.

Those bcu fault codes are for low battery voltage by the way, what do you have stored in the ecu ??

Which side?not sure I understand -sorry I’ve not studied the tank all that well..when you open the bonnet and are stood at the front the max min marks face you by the left of the air cleaner housing and in normal use it’s always hovered at low mark even if you fill when cold to max it chucks back out to the low mark next time you look

The header tank (and radiator) is split into 2 sections, the left is for the secondary circuit , right is for main. They are only interconnected if someone's left the bleeder valve open. Which side drops will be a big clue as to which direction we go in...
