How are people finding them? I have the chance of an in stock new tractor with cp, I had previously ruled it out as unnecessary, would save £1k by waiting until august for a new tractor order or could have this one in a week or 2. That would actually suit me as can get it kitted up with new drill(due soon) and save having to move that from old tractor to new but just wondering how people find the command pro.... we are direct drive currently.

You'll either love it or hate it.

Few round here got them without a demo coming from standard autopower and said it took them a lot of getting used to but now they have they wouldn't go back .

Personally I'm not keen but I've only had a brief demo

Had one here for almost 4000 hours. I’m not the regular driver but do like it. Would have another, like that it automatically switches between foot and joystick. Push all the way forward for max speed is good.

Not fashionable to say it on here but here goes........much prefer it to my previous vario, a Fendt. No button when going between foot and joystick mode, no gear range to remember to change in the field and for some reason a old technophobe like myself found assigning implements to the memory much simpler than on my Fendt ( but only my opinion )

Would not be without it. Can assign anything to it in any order and save for future. So when you next put that implement on its all there as you had it set up before. Not sure what people dont like, if you dont want to use it to drive with just use the foot pedal. Simples.
Too much like a fendt for me .

Now driving a fastrac most of the time which is the same nudging the joystick etc but it's got other redeeming features to overcome the crap stuff .
There's nothing wrong with the standard autopower controls if I wanted a fendt I'd be driving one ;)

Would do me fine but my driver has more expensive tastes 🙈🤣 been on a direct drive he doesn’t want to go back to quad box which I can understand. There’s nothing to put the power down like that box though.

We would both have been happy enough to stick with a DD box but I worry they aren’t fashionable enough to keep used value up. The ap transmission must be over 20 years old now so hopefully they have them as reliable as the quad box.

Autopower is far better than power quad and equally as reliable in my experience

There’s just so much money in the malting barley job we need to spend to save paying tax 🙄🤦‍♂️ If only.

Drill is my brothers, we pull it to do theirs, a bit of contracting and get it to do our own.... so just a coincidence that both happening at same time...
