Will be keeping over 60% pure.
Crossing is about giving us more flex in the milk market ... not everyone wants 10%+ milk solids day in, day out

Is it about what milk contract your on aswell that’s a factor ?if you were getting payments for 10% solids would you just stick with pure jersey ? As I guess crossing them will give you more litres per animal and water down the constituents components
