John Deere 2850 front axle

Have a 4wd 2850 with loader that I’m using for heavy round bale silage
Had heard that the front axle was a bit weak on them for constant heavy loader work
Is there any preventative maintenance work you cold do on them or any early signs that there might be a problem occurring

Main bearing defo regular greasing

Lift the front wheels up with the loader
See if in any play

Try to avoid turning steering wheel when tractor is stationary

If I am anywhere really tight with a loader tractor I very often put the bucket or whatever on the floor when turning lock to lock as it just saves the tyres.
