John Deere 6320 dash malfunction

I was driving john deere 6320 premium and all of a sudden it lost power and stopped on the road. The dash went dead with only the time being displayed on the screen. Its starting ok and will rev up sometimes but sometimes it wont. When i put it in gear to drive, the shuttle will beep but it wont budge. I've checked all the fuses and substituted a new relay in for each off the relays but it made no difference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think this thread will again more attention in the 'Machinery' section so I'll move it there for you. As for the fuses did you check the big ones at the front near the battery they have a habit of melting the holders and giving the symptoms you describe...

Thanks for that, yep checked the two fuses, both were perfect but there was a wire freshly broke going to the fuse. I rejoined the wire but it made no difference. By any chance could i have blown a sensor while changing the relays?

No very unlikely, I'd be concerned about the freshly broke wire? Did you repair properly? Also when checking the fuses in the back panel and replacing relays you were careful not to add any additional fuses or replace relays into same locations?

Yep repaired the wire, no fuses were added, just replaced some that had cracked casings. As for the relays, i removed each relay individually and substituted a new one into it place but it made no difference

Make sure you haven’t By mistake put a New relay In place of a diode (Or vice versa) on the right hand side of the Cab fuse Panel. They look the same but aren’t. It will give the symptoms you describe- I’ve seen this before!
