Looking at one locally that is for sale. 28k bales on the clock.

Wanting to do around 600 bales of silage (2nd and 3rd cut), couple hundred hay bales and circa 2000 bales of straw per year. No contracting, just our own work.

Any user reviews? The good/bad and the ugly?!

A local chap has said they were one of Deeres better round balers in recent times...

These are very good balers!

28K bales is a lot though and look what has already been replaced in terms of parts. The belts are the most expensive. There should still be enough structure on it. If they are too plain then the bale will not want to start turning when it is dry and short straw. If that is the case then you will get fed up with your new baler very quickly. (I've had it too)

This is the last baler of the generation descended from the 590. All teething problems have been solved.
