Jump Start Booster Pack

Anyone know what size of a Jump Start Booster Pack would be required for to start, a tractor, jeep, quad etc. With the winter here, it's a good time to buy. What's out there, that's good value for money. Hopefully wouldn't be needed at all, but better looking at it than looking for it. Thanks in advance.

We had a Nato as above where I worked, Spot on a trolley to drag around starting dead stuff at silly o'clock.

Proper Kit.

Heavy f**ker at over 30kilo to lug about in the back of a Berlingo on a breakdown though,

We have this in the quarry, not cheap, but a reputable sealy dealer will be around the £900 mark.

Jump starts 600hp engine that wont even light the dash with ease. Great long term investment

Do fancy one of them noco ones for the pickup as an emergency tool, but there are mixed reviews, and at £250 its too much of a gamble for something i may never use.

Don't hesitate and buy the gb150 or the smaller one
had one over a year now and use it at least 4 times a week, have never flattened it and only charged it up 5 or 6 times
I went for the bigger one as i use it at my garage aswell as farm and this one will take the abuse of cranking none starters while diagnosing etc but know a few rac/aa lads that have the smaller cheaper one just for jump starting.

As above. NOCO 150. Best bit of workshop kit I own. Compact enough to live under a seat yet will start a big tractor from cold with flat battery.
had mine 2 years and gets used at least once or twice daily andstill as good as the day it came

I have one of these Sealey ones, it has been excellent around the farm and elsewhere, jumps tractors, lorries and the combine, ideal for farm use.

Second this choice, had mine 18 months and has not been beaten yet .
Just be careful with cable from plug too charger as it's not very thick and I managed to break the end off the cable where it plugs in the back because I forgot/ could nt see in the dark when I picked it off the bench and pulled the cable tight and then broke end off . Got replacement from Sealey and comment was that it was a common problem. Maybe they have changed it since ?

Opinions on this one. Would it be good enough for a tractor

Noco GB150 ,,

After all the rave reviews for the Novo 150 on here I bought one. I think it’s bl**dy rubbish 👎👎 and a complete waste of money. Might start a car but as useful as a chocolate fireguard for a 6 cylinder tractor. Save your money for a good set of jump leads.

Sorry that's not correct. Something not right if it won't start it
