A small percentage is fine, and actually advised in some boilers to lubricate the pumps.. (kero is very Dry) 50/50 will maybe smoke a little (wrong nozzle) but wont do lasting damage.

Not a good idea, pump pressure needs to increase to atomize the lower grade fuel to give a correct burn. If its a modern burner then they are not designed to run on red.
Be prepared for a sooty boiler and the pain of cleaning it out, especially if its in the house. Soot gets everywhere, even when you know what your doing 🤪 😂

Short term to tide you over you should get away with it, but anything more than 50:50 mix and you most likely will have issues ;)

A friend told me that a Combi-boiler will run fine for years on red diesel, it just needs a different nozzle to run cleaner. That would have been back in the days when kerosene was dearer than cherry of course.
