Good machines. Calibrate it with the measuring cylinder each time you use it for different ferts and they are pretty accurate.
If you are using nitram or something that flows really quick on hilly ground try to find a setting with the door fairly closed or it will flow quicker than the floor going uphill so you will stripe.

I have an old one I intended rebuilding but never seem to get round to it, so I’ve never used it I’m afraid.
Good spreaders though.

You’ll find KRM Machinery to be very helpful if you need them.

Used to have 2, good spreaders, make sure n keep the box clean where the drive belts are as it doesn't take long for the pulleys to get rusty and chew the belts

And make sure and turn the tap off on hyd pipe if traveling any distance as the drive wheel does creep

More stainless on that one than the older ones. Keep the belt box underneath clean and oiled up over the winter. They rot.

You might get in trouble for the tractor marks on the immaculate lawn. The croquet balls will go everywhere. That could be more difficult to negotiate than the spreader.
