Kubota 5700 and loader value

Been asked by a elderly couple to see what their tractor is worth , a kubota 5700 4wd and loader 2007 and 137 hours !!!! yes 137, its pratilcally new, never spent a night outside and only used to potter about and tractor runs , comes witha bucket but i dont think id handled more than 5 bucket full, still paint on it !!! so what is my bid ??!!!!!!
