Kubota STa 35 compact tractor - how to connect rear hydrulics

Hi,

Apologies as i know this is only a small tractor that i use to cut the lawn but i'm a bit stuck and was hoping the Pro's can help.

I have a grass collector that is PTO driven and use's the hydraulics to lift the back to empty it. I removed it over a year ago ( it was working fine when i removed it ) as i wasn't using it but have re attached it as i want to give it another try but i cant for the life of me work out which hydraulic pipe goes where.

These are pictures of the setup

I have tried where the pipes are currently plugged in and also the other two and neither work when trying the different levers. I'm not 100% certain i

The hydraulics are working fine as there is a third circuit which lift and lowers the under belly deck and that's working fine. The levers that operate each circuit are a little stiff due to not being used for a year or so but they do move so i'm thinking they are not at fault but cant be 100% certain. If someone could point me in the right direction of where each hydraulic hose should be connected and once i know that's right if it still doesn't work on move onto freeing they levers more.

If it helps this is from the workshop manual

Many thanks

The place you have the 2 pipes connected to are one spool valve. The 2 on the left of those ( which need slackening and turning to the rear) are the other spool. As you say the one on the right is a single acting one that controls the deck. Are the two pipes going to one double acting ram or two single acting rams? The middle or number 2 spool is double acting and the left hand number 1 is single or double and is single atm due to the position of the lever.

Thanks @MF-ANDY I'm pretty sure the grass collector is a single ram but its inside and without opening it i cant be certain. If the pipes are in the correct connectors then i assume the levers aren't moving enough to open / close the valves as the box doesn't move an inch. I'll move onto freeing them up and see how i get on.

Thanks for the info, very useful.

One thing that might help is disconnect all the hoses then operate the spool levers. If they are operating correctly you will hear the engine noise change as the relief valve blows off.
