You could always take the ferry to mainland Europe if the UK is too small.Any way back on thread, I do really like these Kubota tractors, just wish I had a bit more area to look at one

I think they look smart, orange wheels and all. If they are price competitive with Case/Deutz and include the 5 year warranty then they will be worth a serious look. As said above a buyback scheme would really help get them off the ground. It wouldn't need to be too generous, just enough to reassure you it wouldn't be worthless when the warranty expires.

Does the rear window open more than that?View attachment 330378 All loaded for tomorrow got about 200 hours on this one now,no problems
Do tell, rather fancied a takeuchiNice guys. I went down there when I was looking for an 8-tonner (small world). We got on to the subject of how they came to take on the Kubota construction franchise, and they were brutally frank about their somewhat spectacular bust up with Takeuchi.

What so you can smash it when lifting a funny shap/awkward machine?Does the rear window open more than that?
So that the driver can see directly backwards without glass at a shallow angle giving him a massive blind spot. The cab looks to be far enough forward to allow this. What so you can smash it when lifting a funny shap/awkward machine?
If there wasn't the option of closing the window for a perfect view that would be a good point......So that the driver can see directly backwards without glass at a shallow angle giving him a massive blind spot.
Have you not noticed tractors being driven with open rear windows? Most open to near 90 degrees. There's one or two that don't of course, but most do for good reason. If there wasn't the option of closing the window for a perfect view that would be a good point......
I have noticed it but seldom do it myself. What's the point? Only time I ever open the rear window is to hear someone shout stop. In which case I obviously can't see whatever it is I'm trying not to hit anyway. So the vision out of my open rear window is pretty irrelevant.Have you not noticed tractors being driven with open rear windows? Most open to near 90 degrees. Wow! Might as well weld a bulkhead there instead then. Count me out.I have noticed it but seldom do it myself. What's the point? Only time I ever open the rear window is to hear someone shout stop. No, because then I wouldn't be able to see out of my closed window. I generally find that I can see as much through a closed window as I can through an open one. What with it being transparent and all. Open windows equal dust and dirt and emphysema. I like clean and tidy and healthy.Wow! Might as well weld a bulkhead there instead then. Count me out.
