Kuhn Tedder help

Just bought a Kuhn tedder, can anyone tell me what the levers on the wheels are for?

At a guess first pic will be to set it to run at an angle round the outside run of the field so you don't throw it all in the hedge and second to alter the pitch of the machine

You move them all one notch in the same direction going round the edge of the field and it throws the crop into the field instead of the hedge. KB beat me to it, I never alter the second lever, maybe I did once when it was new.

On top of the above, you can also adjust the angle of the Tedder. The one handle moves the wheels forward and backward.
With the wheels closer to the tines and the front of the Tedder, you can wind the top link in a bit more which angles the tines down at the front and throws grass higher into the air.
