So our tedder has a major crack in the frame, its a 2003 model. I'm looking for part number 260 593 0 labelled inner support tube in the parts book. Its the first section of the frame that connects to the gearbox.
I know this is probably quite a long shot but might as well ask.
Anybody know the score on servicing a machine to keep the warranty based on manufacturer terms and conditions?
A new implement I've been quoted on is supplied with "2 years warranty (subject to service at end of year 1)".
I've asked the rep what's involved to satisfy this condition but just...
Good morning chaps, my neighbor asked me if I knew what oils go into his tedder's gearboxes. He doesn't want to buy a drum of it, he just wants a small top up, but when he showed this to the local oil/grease guy, he wasn't sure either.
Given the fact these high fert prices are going to catch up to us all eventually, how do people plan to use their muck to get best use of it? It seems to me spreading straight out the shed in the spring and ploughed straight in then followed quickly by the drill is the best way to trap any...

I’ve got about 4 acres of wheat straw still down from first week of September. It was part of the last field we combined, and due to a puncture on the baler, workman getting covid, rain and prioritising drilling, it is still in the windrows.
With the current forecasts, it doesn’t look like it...
