First year trying KWS Extase got 55ac. Still have some cordiale as well I know they always want the cordiale as it is always 13% and early. What’s the market like for those who might of had it last year. i.e. was it only a select mill that would take it and was the premium on par with others.

Extase now turned an even darker shade of green.

Last time this happened so impressively here was in 2012 with the Stigg.

I've noticed the same with ours,it looks like we've put too much N on.

We haven't put our last dose on yet it's only had 90 units to date,final one will go on in about a weeks time.

Flag leaf pushing through on both Extase and Graham. Images were taken on Sunday, 10% of plants were at this stage.
Not as forward as my field of Rye though, it's almost flowering!

Mine is leaf 2 fully out, flag tip only a day or 2 away.

yep...one of those years...somehow everything is ahead of itself...no end of wheat on leaf 2 that was drilled last days of oct first week of Nov.
Extase, Nelson and Elicit included.
Apart from Kerrin, which looks as appetising as day old dogs dinner.

I've also got Skyfall, Illustrious and Crusoe and leaf 2 is only just appearing on those.
But part of the reason for growing Extase is that it is early.

That's Kerrin for you. Hopefully a beautiful body hidden by a dirty raincoat. Looking at it today and can't work out whether it has scorch, rust, weather tipping or PGR scorch. I still think it will do ok but it is a fugly wheat to grow. It even makes my Grafton look a nice dark shade of goodness.

I’ve got a scary spread of GS wheat....we’ve drilled every month since September (We don’t usually start until after 10th October, but this field was destined to be part of the A303 widening, só stuffed it in late Sept).
