we have a Redring 10lt one and it runs fine off a 13amp plug, if it wears out, just swap it out.
Set the temperature just right so when you add milk or colostrum powder, the end mix is just the right temperature.
May not be very safe with straw / hay aroundyou can get gas water heaters if you are short of electric

Got this done last year I know it’s not mobile as the OP was asking about. Gas heater, the bottle is outside of the shed other side of concrete panel. Difference is night and day compared to kettle and hose pipe outside for washing things
