Lambs and whole grain.

Aye-up,

I’ve been having a faff about with sheep rations. I’ve made up a mix of wheat, barley, oats, rolled peas, flaked maize, sugar beet shreds, soya meal, 18% nuts and molasses. It’s ended up at 19%

The ewes love it and seem well. The lambs born xmas/new year are taking it mixed with creep pellets.

I’m wondering if the lambs born in the last month should be on it yet? They are still inside and taking a few pellets but should they be offered a whole grain yet?

Cheers, Pete.

Looks and smells beautiful. I might give it to the kids.
