Lambs born bloated up

Had a couple born outside now with this.
I get the head and legs out then it's near on stuck, all the belly area and nuts all swollen up. Everywhere else normal and been alive. Other lambs with a triplets and twin fine.
Could this be shmallenberg?

Just calved a cow the other night with the same. Could tell it wasn’t a big calf by the size of its feet and head but was struggling to even get the head out….had a lot of pressure on the Jack and wasn’t budging. After 5/10 mins the head came out and shoulders but was struggling to understand why it wasn’t flying out…. Calf was alive and all of a sudden 2/3 pints of brown fluid came out of the calves nose and mouth then I managed to jack it out….when it came out it had a big watery belly

Watterbelly .....sometimes have to nick the lambs belly with pen knife and let the fluid out to get the lamb out of the ewe
