Moving Tedder today and remembered to ask as issue I had in the summer, when you fold up she should push 2 stoppers against latches to keep her up. Only one side pushes against latch and I hit bad bump on road and somehow came out of latch.i had it in float and started to come down, lucky no cars coming. Any know what to look at so she pushes the 2 stoppers against latch.
Cheers

On mine there is a rubber block at the very outside (on the guardrail?) that rests against the equivalent part on the other side when folded up. If something was awry with the linkage, it would stop it getting right into both latches. I'm guessing one side is in but the other is just on the slope - is it always the same side?

Oh, i have misunderstood. Did the latch bounce out/rope get snagged? On mine one of the latches won't release until the other side has dropped a bit, as the rope isn't perfectly evened up. The latches can only rise an inch or so until the arm goes down.

One I borrowed, Massey. When you folded up the ram pushed 2 stops against frame putting pressure against the latches. Thought it was safety to stop them jumping out, I’ll just keep doing what you’re doing as this is what I’m doing.
Cheers
