Easy fix.
The driveshaft has snapped. The bed is sectional. There’sa big nut around 45-50mm a the end. Tight as feck. Undo that and it all slides off. Fairly self explanatory once you start it

This.
think there’s 3 or 4 different length of driveshaft according to how many discs
Bledy soft mowers tho aren’t they, those bed spacer units must be made of cheese. If you catch a stone and bend a blade ddownwards it will make a hole in a spacer in a few seconds exposing the driveshaft.Think ive got 3 with holes in now, doesn’t take long to break through the shaft if you don’t stop.

On the upside you can just weld the hole shut.

Got a problem with the mower, outside dischas lost drive (spins by hand on it's own with a slight grinding of gears)
Any tips or copies of parts diagram to help with repair.
Thanks
When you remove units make note where they g as they are clock and anti-clock drive there is a collar between each unit make note as they have a chamfer in middle one side, if shaft is broken it might be because the pinion bearings have failed in the unit to remove undo castle nut on top [ air gun or good battery powered] remove plate with blades then 4 socket head bolts there is a groove on housing for hex key but you might need heat as they are thread locked [blue] when off again take note what end the pinion gear is, remove circlip shims and wavy washer the other end has a grooved clip so is different and a special washer take note where and how these parts are fitted, clean all old grease out and put back 110gram weight of special grease if 1 unit gone i would suspect the rest are worn, am rebuilding one slowly at moment. contact Camag 01606 837717 very helpful and will supply parts
