I used to use ARAMS to electronically record sheep movements, this has been replaced by LIS (Livestock Information Service)

I used to print my movement licences out pre populated on ARAMS but can‘t get them to print on LIS, I just keep getting error messages.

I also had trouble with the system not recognising my password so having to reset it all the time.

I rang the helpline and got about 3 words out of the least helpful person I think I’ve ever spoken to.

Multimillion Pound Progress. Sheep movement reporting is in the dark ages compared to CTS.

Anyone else having problems or is it just me?
This was my post last year.

I had this same problem, they had my email spelled wrong so I couldn't reset my password or log in. Sent them a message and it was sorted in a day
They are changing some stuff around there at the moment (keep getting emails, haven't read them properly) so that might be why they are slow sorting it out

They're in the process of moving. Also affects where the paper forms should go:

Dear LIS user,
