Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new leads, consistently growing and expanding the business
- Build and nurture relationships with farmers
- Follow up on inbound leads in your area
- On farms daily; viewing stock, advising and establishing strong connections
Essential:
- Proven sales experience in the livestock sector
- An existing network of farmer contacts
- A highly motivated individual, driven to succeed and able to produce results
- A strong understanding and knowledge of livestock production systems
- A good communicator, able to negotiate well with farmers
- The ability to multitask and be flexible in their approach to work
- Strong organisational skills, can efficiently prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A willingness to travel
- UK driving licence
