Stoll I think make them. Tried with and without bucket on, up and down, bucket tipped forward and backwards. Getting annoyed. Haha

To move the levers which pull pins out shouldnt the loader be off the ground? Mines older and has plastic discs which i pull out and twist with loader off the ground , i then put stands down and lower loader . Does help to have something heavy like a muck grab on the front to help ease it off.

There should be a sticker beside the spool block with instructions.... But lift loader about a foot in the air and you should manage to wiggle the handles out of locking position ?

The wedges that the handles release are pressed into place by a stack of Belleville washers

24mm socket on the end of a long extension and undo the rod but a turn

If the handles still won't release with the loader a foot off the ground and a good heavy bucket on, put a bit of pipe over them and try levering them over the first notch

Lifting the handles up doesn't release the wedges, it only takes the pressure off the stack of washers. The wedges are released after the levers are moved forwards. A gently tap with a hammer mighty be needed if they won't go forward when new

Alternatively, give the dealer a gentle smack in the face

Hi all.
Wondering if someone had any suggestions.
Got a new holland tl750 loader. New in December, loader hasn't been taken off before. I can't get it in a position to let me move the levers that unlock it from tractor. Any ideas?
I used to run those Stoll loaders and they could be a right pain when new. Once you can free wedges off I seem to recall you put loader with bucket on floorin float, put legs down, undo wedges, push forward with tractor a touch whilst in float which kind of lifts the loader off the brackets , undo hydraulics then back out. I used to be able to get them on or off within about 2 minutes, it’s just the first time or two that they are tight.

Didnt think loaders came off nowadays, I am surrounded by farmers who do everything with loaders on, the ruts the front wheels put in while rolling is a typical example.

Hi all. Got sorted, dealer was in sorting seat on other tractor so guy gave me a hand. Spanner and some... Persuasion with a hammer worked but wasn't easy for him either. Problem being never been off brackets still paint on them.
So going to give it a rub down and plenty of grease before putting back on.
Was wanting it off because neighbour wanted a tractor for silage and other tractors air seat had stopped working and meant the seat wouldn't recognise that you were sitting in it so was constantly beeping that handbrake was off. Guy sorted the seat so didn't need loader off after all
Thanks for all the replies everyone
