Lone worker phone tracker app

It's just for myself, wife and daughter.
This time of yr were always off checking sheep. Nice to check in where everyone is and that we're moving or recently moved and where everyone is throughout the day.
Have used whatsapp location but that has to be turned on everyday.
Any good free android apps out there people have experience with that they would recommend?

On iPhone we use “Find my phone”, it should be available on android? Personally wearing a smart watch has made a big difference, especially on the quad, you don’t feel vibrations or hear a phone but you feel the watch going. It’s rare I don’t see someone ringing or texting now

‘Find My’ works well on iPhones but I don’t have experience of android devices.
Presumably there is a specific ‘lone worker’ app out there somewhere that’ll not only tell you where they are but will also alert you if they’ve been stationary for a particular length of time?

There’s a free version with is real time or if you want to see where your daughter sneaks off to in the night, or get an alert when someone comes or goes from the house etc you can pay to upgrade it to be able to back trace up to about 30 days I think.

Which watch do you use?

Used to have a pebble and loved it, also for the silent alarm, but they discontinued them and couldn't find anything equivalent at the time.

For my two pence worth I use an Apple Watch, didn’t want one but got it from the OH for Christmas last year, I’m quite surprised I haven’t smashed it but it wears surprisingly well with a titanium cover thing on it, only gripe is needing to charge it every night but…

Ok thanks, I'm an android man really, but assuming that doesn't matter?
