Hi I’m looking for the whereabouts of a new holland bb940 baler
2003
It sold behind my back in cheshire
It’s got a blue tool box on it
New ptoshaft
One roller missing on bale rampthanks

Yes sort of
My father business financed it on a lease
He has now past away
The lease finished and their was secondary yearly payment of around 150 a year
The baler was meant to be transferred to me
Got a family issue my brother and his wife have been contacted over one of the secondary payment he said he couldn’t pay it
Never contacted me
So he’s sold it to the finance company sg
And drew a under price for it
He has kept the money
I’ve no baler
He had land off me to grow crop in return for finance payments
Very underhand
Can’t get any info about it

You can’t sell something you don’t own, so if it had a pepper corn rent on it then that’s illegal. If however your brother settled the finance then I’m afraid you are buggered!

Another problem the baler had prob 2500 pounds worth of stuff I had brought
Ie camera string parts in a tool box and new pto shaft
We ll one thing he getting a land rent bill for 15 k

I guess it was lease agreement rather than hpi so there’s a nominal yearly hire payment unless a small purchase fee has been paid to take ownership over as lease was at one stage more beneficial for tax purposes
