we can joke but they have great soils, cheap land , way less regulation, no assurance, cheap labour, cheap capital and tiny fixed costs over that scale and can use many products banned in the uk ………….


yet they supply the same markets as we do at the same prices !

we can’t compete, not even close at the biggest of uk scale or most efficient, anyone who thinks they can is delusional frankly

I thought I felt a bit delusional today having a go at getting some barley in 😂 DD into grazed stubble turnips. Went okay but was rained out of the field at 7pm 🤦juest headlands to go as well.
