I recently purchased my first Fendt but I am about 10 hrs from closest dealer so I thought it might be handy to have my own laptop and fendias program. I really don’t know much about either Fendt or the program but a service tech said that my front 3pt problem could perhaps be resolved by reflashing the controller. I tried this to no avail but not knowing any better I checked off the “varioguide new” box and now it no longer recognizes the top con receiver so I no longer have auto steer etc. I tried reprogramming without checking the box but nothing changes. Is there a way to revert back to older style receiver? I may upgrade to a new Trimble receiver for which I already have a base station but I would feel more comfortable knowing that things still work before upgrading.
