How do you adjust the clock on a manitou? I’ve owned the darn thing for nigh on 6 years and getting fed up with the wrong time.

Unfortunately it’s not, first photo was almost an hour ago.

Press the black bit in at the bottom by 4 and 8 one goes forward the other back may need your knife to press it far enough

Not a highly technical question,but does anyone know how to change the time on the in-cab clock on a Manitou 627.

You need a pen not a bolt !!

take it out and fit an engine hour clock that works in its place! far more usefull

Mine actually works, it was dodgy when I bought it, would work some days not others so dealer put a new one in for me.?
I understand they ain’t the most reliable.?

Our manitou is now 11 year old and still on its original hour clock.

is this a record?

some days you can see the hours other days it’s blank.

i assume when it’s blank it’s still clocking hours up?

My 11 year old one has good days but mostly bad, sometimes you can read it at night when the lights are on but it has to have been in a drought as rain stops them being visible for a while.

That’s what mine was doing, bugger to keep track of service interval if you can’t see the hours

I don't worry about that - livestock farmer
