I have a mt 932, construction site one, I've a oil leak on one of the pipes that go inside the boom, it's the boom in/out pipe.
What are these pipes like to remove, will try to replace the fitting that is leaking on the rear end of the ram but think the pipe is too warn to fit a new one.

you wont re end the hose it wont be long enough, the hose will be cracked were it bends round tightly so would have to have a good few inches cut off it.

the inner extension hoses connect to back of the ram loop under the 1st boom extension then come out underneath of the fix section and loop up to the top ram.

Once the clamp is out underneath you just tie string to it and pull it out, assuming the others are not damaged or crossed over tangled up etc that is! Although the extension pipes do not have any special ends and they are just single pipes, i have to advise fitting genuine hoses, normal 2 wire hose you will get made locally will not be the same spec, will have a lower pressure rating and be less flexible/bend radius.

As @ace says - most important to use genuine hose - how has your boom been phasing in and out? most damage by stretching hoses is caused by "out of phase" boom operation - you need to regularly hold boom fully in against stops to equalise pressure in both rams and if you see the the booms going out at different amounts it needs investigating. I believe a number of mods over the years especially on the early machines from 2000 onwards.

Them early 932 and 1030 are bad for it! around 2003 they changed the backs of the boom to give more room for the pipes to bend round.
