Made contact regarding trailers twice and never got a response either time. Then other people rave about what a decent guy he is. Would definitely go and have a look at anything used as advised above

Sent an email enquiry once - a few years ago - still waiting for a reply........ Bought elsewhere! ( couldn`t quite get the "Marshall" bit at the time - just seemed a bit odd, same name and yet it didn`t just feel right)

No Email reply p the then picpick up the phone......

I'm a fine one talking I hate the phone ringing BUT...

I find some of my enquiries via email are sparse things... I'll always reply yay or ney as I work through them even if it's 2 am as I'm busy and spin loads of plates. Often it'll lead to a phone conversation then the ice is broken. Then a Sale... and repeat custom.

Like I say... I hate the Phone Ringing... I shouldn't but I do. I'll always listen to Voicemails and call back etc...

Email me. I'll reply in detail yay nay.... timescale price blah de blah... Or I'll call you.

I've too much going on... It's wrong I guess. But I do it all on my own and spread too thin.

I don't think I'd find many to help operate my business my way. So employing someone is/would be a nightmare. Again Wrong I guess..... Two of my fav sayings... "Sort your own sh!t out".... " Paddle your own Canoe.... I do"..... Doomed from the off.

When I was in business, I found email enquiries (or worse, the mouth breathers that sent facebook messages) were often tyre kickers and time wasters who slutted around multiple businesses looking for the "best" deal, whereas if someone could be bothered picking up the phone and calling me, it would almost always lead to a job or sale and a genuine long term customer.

I always replied though - it's the least I could do and it didn't take long. For the ones that seemed like time wasters, I'd just tell them to call me so I could get some more information. Guess what? I'd never hear from them again.

There are always exceptions to the rule of course, for a business to read the email and not reply is just lazy and arrogant - you never know where that enquiry is going to lead.
