Massey 7626 suspension

Iv recently bought a massey 7626 with front and cab suspension with the hydraulic damper system on the cab but it seems pretty rough on the road compared to our 6715s with front and mechanical cab suspension. I would of taught it would be far better I know there has prob been lots threads bout this and I know I could swap them out for shocks but I'm wondering if it's just the bottles that might need changing out like can they go hard over time? What's the best way to trouble shoot them? The unit in the picture can be purchased but you hav to buy the complete unit and it's 1100 aside from massey

Buy the shocks. Hydraulic cab suspension was a money pit on every MF I've had expressed with.
The two 7600's I use have 13,000 hours between them, they both had an update early on, but other than that the suspension on both of them has never been an issue. The ride isn't as good as a 7S, but better than nothing. Sometimes I wonder if the smoothness of the ride is connected to the number of trailers you see over turned on the road.....

Ok good deal. Glad it works for you. We had 7624 an several 8600s with hydraulic cab damping system and never worked properly

Has to be better than way it is bought it for road work taught be more comfortable than the 6715 and to take the heavy work off the 6715 but it's not even close to it in comfort at the min. When you change them out and just blank the pipes will there be any error code

We never bothered to change the ones on our 7624 but on the 8600s was a kit from dealer that included a blanking plate that bolted in place of suspension valve block.
Then unplug suspension control module in cab, no error codes then.
