Which model of Perkins engine is it in this machine?

Are there any timing marks on this engine to set up before I remove the DPS pump? (I see the lock tab on the pump body)

Where do I go for a dipstick tube? Is it specific to the Matbro?

Now Then..
Take a look at the engine serial number plate. There's a serial number and a build number. If you speak to a Perkins dealer or possibly an MF dealer, they should be able to source parts.
I took the injection pump off a 250PP back in the day. Just Take the key out & battery lead off etc. I think it's either a 3 bolt fixing with a dowel pin or a taper shaft with a key. Take the pump off, get it fixed and put it back in the same place.
It was 24 years ago mind!! 🤔🚜⚙️🔩🛠

There is no lock tab on the matbros with old 1000 series engines. Lock tabs only came in later 1004 vista or fast ram engines and the much later 1100 series.
Unless someone has swap original engine out for a later one of cause which would be possible without too much difficulty.
If you look at the engine serial plate it should start AB normally.
Plate under water pump to access injector pump shaft nut, pump is keyed and tapered Fit to gear. Because its keyed you cant go wrong just undo it all and use a couple pry bars to put some pressure between timing case and pump then at same time a copper punch on the end of pump shaft, 1 good tap and should be off.

Or you make a little tool like I have, piece of plate threaded hole in middle for 16mm bolt, 2 holes either side to thread bolts in the gear.

Either way will do the job but I dont recommend the first method for the much later 1100 series engine without a key way, these are too tight and you will damage the pump internally.
