That looks fine, as does the other side. You can ignore my and other suggestions about the red gear, as you don't have it for half rate.

Really just left with the condition of the flutes, if you've seen the metering shaft turning nicely when calibrating.

Where did you have it set for 150 kg wheat?

has someone allterred the drive cog from land wheel when drilling low rates for stewardship strips, (we do when drilling low rates of red beet) and not put it back.

Looking at the drive cogs on the metering unit, they look wrong or certainly different to the ones on my Accord hopper. Can get a picture tomorrow if you like, home now.

It doesn't matter if the landwheel cogs are not correct, the OP said he's used a handle to turn the metering system for a static calibration.
