At hot a temperature can you dry milling wheat, down from say 16-19% in a continuous flow dryer.

MillingFor milling or seed, we used to max out at 85 degrees in our previous continuous flow, if that's any use.
Sorry if it wasn't clear If the grain was for Milling or Seed, we would max out at 85 degrees. Any more and the germination/quality will 'likely' be damaged. 80 Degrees, as Clive says, was the safe temperature to set at. If it went over 85, we would consider it to be damaged. I have used some 85+ degree dried wheat to drill, and didn't have any germination issues, but wouldn't do it by preference.Milling
