Mchale wrapper problem

Evening all...have a mchale 991 lber wrapper and was working perfectly when it went into hibernation for the winter....did a lump of first cut last week and on the wrap cutting sequence the drop arm has stopped coming down to squash the plastic onto the ram knife....I can operate it manually and it works perfectly but won’t once into auto wrapping
Any ideas? Cheers

I haven’t altered anything why would it suddenly stop using the drop arm from the sequence ?

I found the best thing to do with my hs2000 is not wash it before putting it away for winter or it acts silly when you get it out for no reason

I didn’t wash this!
