I all, weve got a 2009 merlo 40.7 turbofarmer, the boom is very slow to come down, all other functions work fine. Im thinking check valve but is there anything else to check before i look at it. i must add that the load monitor had never worked whilst theyve had the machine so i dont think its related to that. many thanks, James.

There is a switch inside the boom, pressure sensor on lift ram which are linked to safety card and power the slow descent valve
