Can anyone direct me to a supplier of the Perkins engine water level / temp sensor fitted to the MF 29 combine other than main dealer who seem to want ridiculous money for a new one ?

Try @masseybreaker , might be the same as some Perkins tractor engines.

in my experience Diperk wont supply a farmer/non trade person, you may find different ! did you try Phoenix?

Take the sensor out. If it was supplied by perkins the part number will be etched in to it.

Agree. We ordered some bits for an irrigation pump engine. Was reasonable and quick delivery. Didn't have to set up a trade account.
