MF7*** brake master cylinder leaks

Is it just my bad luck or has anyone else had this problem and at what hours. Had to have master cylinder and accumulator replaced on our Masseys.
7495 tier 3 at 4300hrs
7490 tier 2 at 6100hrs
And today our 7624 at 4800hrs
The accumulator looses pressure and then oil pressure surges crack the master cylinder/blow the seals. The accumulator is under the cab and not easily accessable to check. Nothing is in the service schedule about checking it anyway. Seems a crap design as the first you know about it is a bang and a puddle of oil in the cab floor!

Is it an AGCO thing? I had to do my Valtra last year at 4500hrs.
Yes...
Back when we ran mf 7400 series in the fleet it was a normal occurrence, iirc there was an update or some sort of improvement made to alleviate the problem... been a few years now since we went away from those models so I'm a bit foggy on details but I have removed/ installed quite a few master cylinders and the corresponding accumulator under the cab

I've done 3 on my 7480
Test the accumulator every now and again
Park on a hill with engine off, release handbrake and press brakes
If you stop accumulator is ok,
if you dont pull up handbrake and get a new accumulator

Just done our 6499 last month. Not happy as I put a new one on 18month ago but no accumulator I didn't know.the accumulator was completely flat I've now got a new one and also bought the kit to test and charge them as we realised everything seems to have them now .haven't had the chance to use it yet as it only came last week just as the land dryed up
