mixing seed and fert

My agronomist always comes out in a cold sweat when I mention this worrying about seed scorch. I know people successfully put seed and fert down the same pipe, just wondered what is seen as a safe product and rate to do so

Agronomists are pretty jumpy about stuff like that it's a process that's well and truly tried and tested so just crack on

Depends on the Fert
urea less of a problem

also the type of coulter tight row or spread out row
I favour spreading Fert pre drilling

Crack on.. 300kg/ha of compound fert no bother with seed.. Scots do it all the time!
