They used to say that MBC fungicides had a deleterious effect on the earthworm population so may partially explain the lack of moles.I know how to clear moles , become and arable farm , you never moles in arable , i had a mole catcher caught alot here and i said you must be a mole millionaire as you have 30000 acre arable to go at , he laughed and said i catch more moles on you farm than all that arable , so thats it my place is going arable

The only effective mole control i ever saw was a soil fumigant, used by a tenant growing trees. cannot remember the chemical but the runs rarely went more than 5 yards into thebtreated area before they stopped. Otherwise my arable farm in Norfolk was riddled with the little furry b******s .
