moo monitors

hi all,
about 9 months ago i purchased a second hand moo monitor system which works really but im having trouble getting it to work on my mobile via the app. cogents go to guy set it all up for me and said it should work on the app but still nothing. it works perfectly on the computer it just means going to office every time to check it.
just wondering if anybody else has had this issue and if so did you get it sorted? cheers

Are they the old moo monitors with the replacable batteries or the moo monitor plus?

Im 99% sure there is no app for the old moo monitors. You could use team viewer to remotely acces your PC. Download teamviewer onto your pc and set up a permanent password, then download the app for your phone.

The app is for the new moomonitor+ which is cloud based, for which Dairymaster get the privilege of robbing you of £4/cow yr for!
