He may have one who speaks Good English, who you could invite to the BBQ, and act as interpreter.

Meeting another Pole working on a local farm, could help both him and you.

Geraint does not live at Pencwarre, but in Llechryd.

Probably there to 6 pm when they finish milking..

what sort of responcibilitys does he have? can he work ok unsupervised?

he is the only person who reilef milks for me and is left to his own devices all day, he just gets on with his work and find jobs to do whether it is mending, or general tidying up, he can feed with the keenan when needed ,if any of us need a hand with anything we find him
he is 46 so no spring chicken

i wish the bloke here was like that, he will just do nothing if i dont give him things to do, he milked on his own when i was on holiday but most of the cows were dry
