we've got parmiter manual fold chain harrows that are good, not sure if you can still buy them new though? I'd like a set of grass tine harrows one day to be a bit more aggressive to pull thatch out etc

I have a set of Polish hydraulic folding chain harrows, I would look at the shape of the cast "diamonds" and also how the front of the mat is connected to the front bar, I had to bend all the connecting bars to stop the mat jumping off

I’ve got a set of Richie galvanised ones and they’ve been good. I think they were one of the cheapest when I was looking.
Agreed, I've got a Ritchie 4m hydraulic folding galvanised set, very strong and good quality. Think they were only £1,300 new at the time if I mind right. Heavy duty reversible chain mat as well, but I tend to only use the heavy duty points. I'd recommend having the hydraulic folding, especially if you're in and out of small fields all the time.

I got manuals, and I can see what you mean, fair weight in them.
